To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please take a moment to review our store policies.

Reservations & Seating
We recommend making a 90 minutes reservation in advance, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Seating is limited to the reserved time slot during peak hours.

Ceramic Painting Experience
All ceramic painting sessions are final once started. Please handle all materials with care. Our team will glaze and fire your pieces after completion. Finished items will be ready for pickup within 2–3 weeks.

Food & Drinks
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We offer a curated selection of drinks for your enjoyment.

Cancellations & No-Shows (10pp or more)
Groups of 10 or more people need to pay a $200 deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to store property, tools, or equipment.

Children Policy
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times to ensure safety and protect the studio environment.

Clean & Safe Environment
Please respect the space and other guests. We strive to maintain a clean, relaxing, and creative atmosphere for everyone.

To maintain our service standards and inventory quality, all packaging materials (cups and bags) are exclusively provided for items purchased at L’atelier Pierré.

To ensure a long life for your kiln-fired pottery, we recommend that it not be put in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher.

Creative Experience & Firing Policy
Our goal is to provide a meaningful and enjoyable creative experience. Please note that kiln firing is an artistic process, and variations may occur beyond our control despite our best efforts. If your piece is accidentally damaged during firing, L’atelier Pierre will offer a replacement or refund. This does not cover dissatisfaction with design or painting, or damage during shipping or customer use.

Group Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required for all large group bookings (in-studio or off-site). It secures your reservation, covers material preparation, and will be applied to your final balance. Deposits may be transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice; cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture.

Private events & Birthday Booking Deposit
A non-refundable fee is required for in-studio birthday parties, including 1.5 hours of dedicated space and staff support. Additional time is available at an extra cost, subject to availability. Fees may be transferred with at least one week’s notice; cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture.

Pick-Up & Care
We will make every effort to notify you when your pieces are ready. Items must be collected within 3 months, after which they will be donated. For longevity, pottery should not be used in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher.
